Public Notices:

City Council will hold its Retreat on Saturday, November 20, 2004, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., at the Lee Center Fire Training Rooms 2 and 3.

The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 26, at 7:00 p.m., on Market Square.

The Scottish Christmas Walk Parade will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2004, at 10:30 a.m.
