Passage on First Reading of AN ORDINANCE to enable elderly or disabled taxpayers applying for an exemption or deferral from the City's real estate taxes (i) to file a written statement, in lieu of a formal affidavit, in support of their application, and (ii) to file a written statement or affidavit only once every three years.
