City Council will hold its Council Retreat on Saturday, October 27, 2007, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the IDA Building at 4850 Mark Center Drive, Alexandria.

The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony will be held on Friday, November 23, 2007, at 7:00 p.m. at Market Square.

The Scottish Christmas Walk Parade will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2007, at 10:30 a.m.
