8. Other Business

Planning and Zoning Director Faroll Hamer discussed the City's strategic goal planning
process. Commissioners asked questions and commented on the proposed
goals.

Commissioner Fossum suggested the Commission consider amending their by-laws
and set a two year term limit for chairman and vice chairman. Planning Commissioners
discussed Commissioner Fossum's recommendation and the recently adopted ordinance
that set term limits for City boards and commissions.

9. Adjournment.

The Planning Commission meeting was adjourned at 10:05 p.m.
