1. Call to Order.

The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 pm.


2. Advisory recommendations to the City Manager, under Section 6.14 of the City Charter, regarding the Capital Improvement Program. Staff: Office of
Management and Budget.

On a motion by Mr. Dunn, second by Mr Jennings, the Planning Commission
advise the City Manager that the contingent dollars described for the
Potomac Yard Metro be reallocated to funding the dedicated
rights-of-way as articulated in the Transportation Chapter of the Master Plan, in
whole or in part. The motion passed 6 to 0.

7. Other Business.


The Planning Commission discussed the validity period of the Beasley Square
project. The Commission asked that the City Attorney provide information about
his interpertation of the Ordinance regulations with respect to the validity period for
this project.

8. Adjournment.


The Planning Commission public hearing was adjourned at 8:45 pm. The Planning
Commission reconvened the work session that began prior to the public hearing.
