1. Call to Order.


The Planning Commission hearing came to order at 7:30 p.m.


2. Election of Planning Commission officers for Chairman and Vice Chairman On a motion
by Commissioner Wagner, seconded by Commissioner Lyman, the Planning Commission
reelected Commissioner Komoroske as Chairman for a term of one year. The motion
passed on a vote of 7 to 0.

On a motion by Commissioner Wagner, seconded by Commissioner Dunn, the Planning
Commission reelected Commissioner Dunn as Vice Chairman for a term of one year.
The motion passed on a vote of 7 to 0.

10. Other Business.


The Planning Commission and Planning and Zoning Director Faroll Hamer discussed the
Planning and Zoning work program.

The Planning Commissioners discussed the activities of the different groups and
committees for which they are members.

Assistant City Attorney Jill Schaub announced that Joanna Frizzell has rejoined the City
as an assistant city attorney and will be working with the Planning and Zoning department
and the Planning Commission.




11. Adjournment.
