The Planning Commission hearing came to order at 7:30 p.m.


2. Advisory recommendations to the City Manager, under Section 6.14 of the City Charter,
regarding the Capital Improvement Program. Staff: Office of Management and Budget.

The Planning Commission found the proposed CIP consistent with the Master Plan. 6-0

Commissioner Fossum raised a question regarding the administrative minor amendment

application for the Virginia Paving Company.

Beauregard planning process.
