Erik & Erin Luckau, owners: Special exception to cover and enclose an existing open deck on the second story of an existing house 6.70 feet from the property line. If the special exception is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a special exception from section 12-102(A)of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a noncomplying structure.
