1. The Commission asked staff to update the map used for Planning Commission sites.

2. There was an agreement that on major cases, the Chair or a Planning Commission representative should speak to Council on the Planning Commission's behalf.
3. On November 21, 2002, at 7:30 p.m., there will be a work session on Eisenhower East.
