ACTION: The Planning Commission elected Eric Wagner as Chairperson and Richard Leibach as Vice Chairperson.

20. Other Business.

The Planning Commission discussed the Open Space/Recreational Needs Assessment draft document and asked that the following comments be forwarded:

1. The existing document is difficult to read, and difficult to navigate. For example, members could not find parts of it that are referenced in it, for example, the citizen survey.

2. To assist with the organization of the document, but primarily as to substance, the open space and needs assessment material should be separated and proposed as two different chapters of the City's master plan.
