27. Other Business.

1. Mr. Leibach discussed the work of the Washington Street Task Force and the
proposed changes to zoning ordinance standards in the March 23, 2000 memo.

2. Mr. Komoroske discussed a meeting he attended of the Braddock Road Group
on April 1, 2000 and the relation of that group to the Metro Area Committee.

3. Ms. Fossum asked staff to prepare a memo regarding enforcement of Special Use
Permits.

4. Mr. Wagner discussed the Trailer Plan submitted to the Commission by the
Alexandria City Public Schools. He requested that ACPS share information with the

Commission regarding its methodology for predicting enrollment.
