The Planning Commission public hearing was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

ACTION: Transportation and Environmental Services Deputy Director Abi Lerner
gave a presentation.

6. Consideration of approval of the Planning Commission minutes of the regular public
hearing of December 7, 2010.

ACTION: APPROVED 7-0

7. Other Business.


Director Faroll Hamer, Deputy Director Jeffery Farner and Division Chief Gwen Wright gave a presentation on infill development throughout the City.

8. Adjournment.
