Consideration of a Closed Meeting for Legal Advice and Consultation with Legal Counsel Regarding Actual and Pending Litigation and Possible Acquisition of Real Property, and Consideration of Prospective Candidates For Employment and Appointment by City Council. This Closed Meeting Will Be Continued to August 25 and 26 and September 8, 2011.
