1. Calling the Roll.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Euille, and the City Clerk called the roll. All members of Council were present.

2. Consideration of the Appointment of the City Manager.

City Council appointed Rashad Young to the Office of Alexandria City Manager effective December 12, 2011 and authorized the Mayor to execute the employment agreement with the new City Manager on behalf of the City.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
