Absent: Council Member Lois L. Walker.

Mayor Donley, School Board Chairman Kenealy and City Manager Lawson made introductory remarks, and Superintendent Berg made his presentation.
(General Discussion. The Mayor and Members of City Council, the Chair and Members of the School Board directed questions to Superintendent Berg relating to the three scenarios he presented. City Manager Lawson participated in the discussion. There was extensive discussion on the projections of the Demographic Study on Student Enrollment Projections through 2014.)
