Public Hearing, Second Reading and Final Passage of AN ORDINANCE to amend the city code by (a) prohibiting the running-at-large of exotic or poisonous animals and requiring the owner of any such animal to pay for the costs incurred by the city in capturing the animal, (b) authorizing law enforcement officers to impound dogs running-at-large in violation of city regulations, (c) authorizing the quarantine of animals, in addition to dogs, that have bitten a person, (d) providing for the issuance of dog and cat tags without identification of the animal's sex, and (e) providing for the regulation of traveling animal exhibitions.
