Members of City Council will be attending the 2002 Virginia Municipal League (VML) Annual Conference, October 20-22, 2002, at the Norfolk Waterside Convention Center, 235 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia. The location of the Waterside Convention Center is located on the property of the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel.

More than two members of City Council will be attending.
