20. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of an Ordinance to amend the map and text of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Alexandria to implement the Eisenhower East Small Area Plan Chapter of the 1992 Master Plan of the City of Alexandria.
