At 1:00 p.m., City Council convened the Recessed Meeting of March 25, 2003, which was recessed from Monday, April 7, 2003, to Friday, April 11, 2003, in Executive Session in the Council Workroom, pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the Code of Virginia, for the purpose of discussion, consideration or interviews of prospective candidates for appointment as City Clerk. The motion to convene in executive session was adopted on March 25, 2003.

At 5:05 p.m., City Council convened in open session and adopted the resolution pertaining to the Executive Session. RES. NO. 2066.

At 5:10 p.m., City Council adjourned the meeting of March 25, 2003.
