At 12:30 p.m., City Council reconvened the Recessed Meeting of March 25, 2003, on Monday, April 7, 2003, in Executive Session in the Council Workroom, pursuant to Section 2.2-3711(A)(1) of the Code of Virginia, for the purpose of discussion, consideration or interviews of prospective candidates for appointment as City Clerk.

City Council adopted the resolution pertaining to the Executive Session.

At 3:00 p.m., City Council recessed until 12 o'clock noon on Friday, April 11, 2003, pursuant to the motion to convene in executive session adopted on March 25, 2003.
