The Alexandria City Council will continue discussion of its Vision for the City as a follow-up to the Council Retreat on Thursday, February 19, 2004, at 6:00 p.m., at 1108 Jefferson Street, the Fire Training Room, Rooms 2 and 3.

It is anticipated that all Members of Council will attend.
