OPENING

1. Calling the Roll.

The Meeting was called to order by Mayor Euille, and the City Clerk called the Roll; all Members of City Council were present.
Council Action:_________________________________________________________

2. Public Hearing on the Proposed Annual Operating Budget for FY 2007 (including Schools) and the Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for FY 2007-2012 (including the School CIP.) Adoption is Scheduled for April 24, 2006.

Council heard testimony on the FY 2006 Budget and CIP for FY 2006-2011. Budget adoption will be April 24, 2006.

3. Public Hearing on an Ordinance to Establish the Real Estate and Personal Property Tax Rates for Calendar Year 2006, and to conform the City Code to the Amendments to the Personal Property Tax Relief Act of 1998 Which Were Made by the General Assembly in 2005. Adoption is Scheduled for April 24, 2006. (#16.1, 2/28/06)

Council heard testimony on the Ordinance to establish the real estate and personal property tax rates for Calendar Year 2006. Adoption of the ordinance is scheduled for April 24, 2006.
