Present: Mayor William D. Euille, Vice Mayor Andrew Macdonald, Members of Council Ludwig P. Gaines, K. Rob Krupicka, Timothy Lovain, Redella S. Pepper and Paul C. Smedberg.
Also Present: City Manager Hartmann; Deputy City Manager Evans; Mr. Josephson, Acting Director of Planning and Zoning, and members of the Planning and Zoning Staff.
Mayor Euille called the work session to order.
The agenda was followed.
Acting Director of Planning and Zoning Josephson made a presentation of the staff report. Mr. Skrabak, Transportation and Environmental Services, also made a presentation, along with Health Department Director Dr. Konigsberg and School Superintendent Rebecca Perry and Loretta Scott, Assistant Principal at Tucker Elementary. City Attorney Pessoa and Assistant City Attorney Spera were also present to respond to questions.
This item is scheduled to be before City Council on November 28, 2006 and Mayor Euille asked Council to get comments in by November 17.
The work session adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
