13.1 Receipt of Staff Report on the Proposal from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to Construct a High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Ramp (Alternative F) at Seminary Road and I-395 and Scheduling the Report for Consideration by City Council on Saturday, February 12. (Please note that VDOT Representatives will make their presentation to Council on their proposal at the Saturday, February 12 Council meeting, not on Tuesday, February 8 as previously noted)
