1. Calling the Roll.

Mayor Euille called the special meeting to order and the City Clerk called the roll. All members of Council were present, with the exception of Councilwoman Hughes, Councilman Krupicka and Councilman Smedberg, who were all absent.

2. Consideration of a Resolution Affirming City Manager Declaration of Local Emergency on June 30, 2012 in Response to the Derecho Storm and Widespread Power Outages. [ROLL-CALL VOTE]

City Council adopted the resolution affirming the City Manager declaration of local emergency on June 30, 2012. (RES. NO. 2518)

The meeting was adjourned at 4:50 p.m.
