Passage on First Reading of AN ORDINANCE to amend the City code by changing the title of the individuals responsible for the enforcement of state and City animal control laws in the City from "dog warden" and "deputy dog warden" to "chief animal control officer" and "deputy animal control officer," by providing for the appointment of these officers by City Council, and by clarifying that these officers are authorized to enforce both state and City animal control laws.
