Passage on First Reading of AN ORDINANCE to amend Section 5-602 of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the heights permitted in the Eisenhower Avenue CDD in connection with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and to clarify the affordable housing density bonus in the CDD.
