The Mayor and Members of City Council will have a joint breakfast with the Members of the Roanoke City Council, on Tuesday, Monday, October 5, 1998, at 7:45 a.m. at The Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center, in the Appalachian Room, 110 Shenandoah Avenue, Roanoke, Virginia. Over breakfast, there will be an informal discussion about the Virginians to Virginians Program. Members of both cities' staffs will participate in the discussion of the Alexandria/Roanoke Exchange Program.
