of the Alexandria Zoning Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING DOCKET ITEMS ARE A NEW CONSIDERATION FOR
THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

1. BZA CASE #2006-0001
29 WEST MYRTLE STREET
R-5, RESIDENTIAL
Karen Coda, owner: Special exception to construct a two story rear addition 2.33
feet from the east side property line. If the special exception is granted, the Board
of Zoning Appeals will be granting a special exception from section 12-102(A)of
the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a noncomplying structure.

2. BZA CASE #2006-0003
101 EAST OAK STREET
R-2-5, RESIDENTIAL
James and Amy Devine, owners: Special exception to construct a one story rear
addition 1.40 feet from the west side property line. If the special exception is granted,
the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a special exception from section
12-102(A)of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a noncomplying
structure.

If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a variance from
section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a
noncomplying structure.
