19. Other Business.

Chairman Wagner spoke of the continued planning effort for the Potomac Yard development. The Planning Commission will begin holding a series of work sessions to provide the opportunity for Potomac Yard's new owners to share proposals with City staff and the public. The work sessions will also serve as an opportunity for the public to provide input on the proposed plans. The first in the series of work sessions will be held on November 16, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.
