Jon and Tuagrat McMaster, owners, by John Savage, architect: Variances to reconstruct a one-story rear addition and
construct a second story addition 5.80 feet from the north side property line and 4.90 feet from the south side property line.
Variances to construct a one story addition 6.00 feet from the front property line facing North West Street and 6.80 feet
from the north side property line. If the variances are granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting variances from
section 12-102(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a noncomplying structure.
