1. On a motion to approve by Mr. Curry, seconded by Mr. Koenig, the Board
approved as amended by a vote of 7 to 0 the Findings of Fact and Conclusions
for BZA Case #2004-00015 (2400 Eisenhower Avenue) which was heard at the
September 22, 2004, hearing.

2. The Board wishes to discuss porches at workshop on February 10, 2004 at 6:00 P.M.
