1. On a motion to approve by

the Board approved as submitted by a vote of 5 to 0 the Findings of Fact and Conclusions for BZA Case #2002-0063 (717 Pendleton Street) which was heard at the October 10, 2002, hearing.
Ms. Lyman
was not present for this vote, and
Ms. Kung
abstained as she was not present when this case was heard at the October 10, 20002, hearing.
2. The Board discussed rescheduling the Board of Zoning Appeals Workshop on December 12, 2002, at 6:00 P.M. prior to the public hearing.
