Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a special exception from section 12-102(A) of
the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a noncomplying structure.

C. Consideration of the minutes of the January 13, 2005 Board of Zoning Appeals hearing.

Deferred by staff, to be decided by full board at the March 10, 2005 hearing.

D. Additional Business:

1. The Board unanimously approved the Board of Zoning Appeals Annual Report
for 2004 to City Council.

2. On a motion by Mr. Allen, seconded by Mr. Lantzy, the current Board of Zoning
Appeals officers were unanimously re-elected for 2005 as follows: Mary Lyman, Chairman; Stephen Koenig, Vice Chairman; and Michael Curry,
Secretary.
