construct a one-story addition 10.70 feet from the front property line facing
Allison Street and 25 feet from the front property line facing Edgehill Drive and
a covered open porch 24.25 feet from the front property line facing Edgehill Drive.
If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a variance
from section 12-1-2(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement
