620 SOUTH WASHINGTON STREET
CL, COMMERCIAL LOW
Samuel Shanklin, owner: Variance to construct a rear two story addition 4.50
feet from the north side property line and on the south side property line. If the
variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a variance
from section 12-102(A)of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement
of a noncomplying structure.

2. BZA CASE #2005-0008
2503 SANFORD STREET
R-2-5, RESIDENTIAL
Karen Waller, owner: Variance to construct a six foot fence in the vision
clearance triangle and the required front yards facing Sanford Street and
West Uhler Street and in the vision clearance.

CONDITION: The fence can not exceed 4.50 feet in height, must match the
design submitted in the application and must have plantings to soften the impact
to the street.

Thomas and Mary Pat Lally, owner: Variance to construct a covered front porch
19.75 feet from the front property line. If the variance is granted, the Board of
Zoning Appeals will be granting a variance from section 12-102(A)of the zoning
ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a noncomplying structure.
