Mr. Ellmore's
last hearing.
Eileen Fogarty, Director of Planning and Zoning,
presented a proclamation from
Mayor Donley
honoring
Mr. Ellmore
for his seven years service as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
2.
Messrs. Almquist and Koenig
reported on their meeting with City staff regarding the special exception text amendment which is expected to be heard by
Planning Commission and City Council in March 2001.
3. The Board unanimously elected
Mary Lyman
as Vice Chairman and
Steve Koenig
as Secretary for the remainder of 2001.
