(B) The Planning Commission chairperson appointed Mr. Gaines to the West End

Recreation Center Task Force.

Open Space plan.

(D) Mr. Komoroske is working on a primer for speakers at the Planning Commission

public hearings.

(E) The Planning Commission asked staff to begin using a "speaker's form" for future

meetings.

(F) The Planning Commission asked staff to reserve Council Chambers for the

possibility of Thursday night meetings.

The Planning Commission public hearing meeting was adjourned at 11:30 P.M.
