If the variance is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will necessarily be granting a variance from section 12-101(A) of the zoning ordinance relating to the physical enlargement or expansion of a noncomplying structure.

D. Additional Business:
1. The Board noted the importance of the graphic included in the proposed special exception text amendment. Discussion of the proposed text amendment was unanimously deferred to the April 12, 2001, hearing.
2. Mr. Leiberg informed the Board of two appeals from decisions of the Planning Director that will be docketed for upcoming hearings.
3. Mr. Leiberg discussed the future use of Power Point in staff presentations before the Board.
