* The Planning Commission discussed Commission procedures and scheduled a public hearing on the issue for its February meeting.

* The Commission discussed Board of Architectural Review concept approval and approved the policy statement.

* The Planning Commission was advised by staff that a Parking and Traffic Board work session with City Council is scheduled for January 9, 2001 at 6:00 P.M.
