1. Mr. Leiberg stated that the Board of Architectural Review would like to meet
this fall with the Board of Zoning Appeals to discuss mutual issues of density,
mass and scale of new additions reviewed by both boards.
2. The Board will meet for a Workshop at 6:00 P.M. in the City Council Workroom
prior to the regular Board of Zoning Appeals public hearing on July 10, 2003.
