1. On a motion by Mr. Koenig, seconded by Mr. Allen, the Board approved by a vote of 5 to 0 the Findings of Fact and Conclusions for BZA Case #2002-0051 for 323 South Fairfax Street (Old Presbyterian Meeting House), which was heard by the Board on July 11, 2002. Messrs. Curry and Putzu did not vote as they were not present on July 11.
2. The Board of Zoning Appeals Workshop will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2002, at 6:00 P.M. in room 2000.
