The Potomac Yard Design Advisory Committee (PYDAC) meets monthly to review applications for preliminary development plan approvals in Potomac Yard for compliance with the Potomac Yard Urban Design Guidelines, and to make recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council for their consideration.
