15. Other Business.

1. John Komoroske discussed the desire to have a planning effort for the Braddock Road area high on the priority list. Chairman Wagner asked Director Fogarty to discuss the different planning efforts planned and underway at the July Planning Commission meeting.

2. Donna Fossum referenced a recent Post article regarding the benefits of planting a variety of trees and asked for a response from the City Arborist.

3. Chairman Wagner commended staff for it's recent clean up efforts at 3007 Jefferson Davis Highway (behind Del Ray Glass) and suggested it take additional steps to clean the site of debris and improve the appearance at this prominent location, including using the Spot Blight Program.

4. Mr. Gaines requested that staff address the use of the Housing Trust Fund over the past several years.
