1. The Board discussed a motion made by Mr. Putzu at the April 11, 2002, hearing to re-open BZA Case #2001-0070 concerning 417 East Windsor Avenue, limited to a material fact that was not brought forward at the March 14 hearing.

2. The Board discussed whether or not it was feasible to have a consent docket, or arrange the docket with items receiving staff recommendations of approval at the beginning of the docket.
