D. Additional Business:
1. The Board considered the conclusions and findings of fact for the appeal concerning 417-419 Clifford Avenue (BZA Case #2002-0009) which was heard at the March 14, 2002, hearing. On a motion by
Ms. Kung,
seconded by
Ms. Lyman,
the conclusions and findings of fact were approved as submitted with one change, that in the first paragraph "Wagonwork" be changed to "Michael Anderson," by a vote of 5 to 0.
Messrs. Curry and Allen
abstained as they were not present at the March 14 hearing.
2. There was Board discussion regarding BZA Case #2001-0070, 417 East Windsor Avenue, which was denied at the March 14, 2002, hearing.
Mr. Putzu
made a motion to re-open the case limited to a material fact that was not brought forward at the March hearing. Mr. Leiberg will discuss with the City Attorney whether or not this is feasible.
3.
Mr. Koenig
suggested that the Board have periodic workshops to discuss issues pertaining to hardship for the various kinds of cases reviewed by the Board.
