D. Additional Business:
1. The Board discussed the content of the findings of fact for appeals. They also were concerned about the complete appeal process.
2. The Board of Zoning Appeals Attendance Report for July 1, 2000, to June 30, 2001, was approved for submission to the Alexandria Office of Citizens Assistance.
3. The Board noted that the text amendment for special exceptions will be heard by the Planning Commission on September 4 and by City Council on September 15, 2001.
