1. On a motion to approve by

the Findings of Fact and Conclusions (including the findings for denial and a dissenting opinion) for BZA Case #2001-0026, 418 West Braddock Road, which was originally heard on June 14, 2001, were approved by a vote of 6 to 0. This action occurred at the beginning of the docket.
2.
Mr. Almquist
stated that the Planning Commission approved the text amendment for the special exception process, and City Council will consider the text amendment at the Council hearing on Saturday, September 15, 2001.
