D. Additional Business:
1. Mr. Leiberg gave a progress report on the special exception amendment to the zoning ordinance. He stated that it was approved by City Council and the City Attorney is drafting the ordinance for Council approval.
2. The Board asked to review the Board by-laws, particularly concerning the issue of deferrals.
