1. Call to Order.

The Planning commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

2. Election of Planning Commission officers for Chairman and Vice Chairman.

Upon a motion by Eric Wagner, seconded by Mary Lyman, the Planning Commission
unanimously elected by acclamation John Komoroske as Chairman.

Upon nomination by Lawrence Robinson, seconded by Jesse Jennings, the Planning
Commission unanimously elected Stewart Dunn as Vice Chairman

Deputy Director Jeff Farner briefed the Planning Commission on the status of the
Washington Headquarter Service project.

Commissioner Wagner announced the resignation of Deputy Director Richard Josephson
and presented him with a gift of appreciation for his service.

Chairman Komoroske requested that work sessions begin at 6:30pm instead of 6:00pm
and that Commissioners be provided with a reliable cell phone number that they can call
if running late to a meeting.
